Terms of Use

QRillion Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of QRillion. By using the application, you agree to these terms.

Last updated: July 19, 2026

1. The service

QRillion is a browser-based tool for generating static QR codes and exporting related files. It is provided without an account and, unless explicitly stated otherwise, without charge.

QRillion does not provide dynamic redirects, scan analytics, guaranteed long-term storage, or a guarantee that every QR code will work in every environment.

2. Your content

You retain responsibility for data, text, URLs, logos, spreadsheets, and other content you process. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to use that content.

Do not use QRillion to create unlawful, deceptive, harmful, infringing, or privacy-invasive content.

3. Local processing and exports

QR payloads, imported spreadsheets, and export files are processed locally in your browser during normal use. Local projects and settings may remain in IndexedDB until you delete them.

You are responsible for safeguarding exported files and project backups. Anyone who can scan a distributed QR code may be able to read its payload.

4. Scan and print responsibility

Always test QR codes on representative devices and in their final printed or displayed size before relying on them. Colors, logos, materials, damage, and print quality can affect scanning.

You are responsible for checking payload accuracy, links, label dimensions, and regulatory requirements for your use case.

5. Availability and disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties to the extent permitted by law. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features.

To the extent permitted by law, QRillion is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the service or generated files. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

6. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the product changes. The date above identifies the latest version.

Questions about these terms can be sent to the contact address shown on the Contact page.
